If we fail to meet the claimed turnaround, pay–as–you–go customers receive a full refund for that upload, while Upload Members receive a full month refund. We arrange to meet at a convenient Manchester city centre location. We bring our laptop to you, you log into your service directly on our laptop to verify credentials, transfer your data, and we handle the upload from our Manchester studio using high-speed infrastructure. The whole handover takes minutes.
What is Upload Member Service?

It’s our monthly subscription for regular uploaders. You get a quota, scheduled slots, and priority service for a flat fee, instead of paying per GB each time.
How do scheduled uploads work?
?
Starter members receive 2 slots, Pro get 3, Studio enjoy 1 weekly scheduled upload. Book your slot, we bring our laptop to you, you log in and transfer data, and we guarantee completion within the tier’s turnaround time.
Can I mix membership with pay–as–you–go?
?
Yes. Exceed your quota and add 1GB at 25p (Starter), 20p (Pro), 15p (Studio) + VAT. You can also use pay–as–you go for occasional uploads outside your membership [Minimum 120GB per upload].
Can I change tiers?

You can upgrade immediately. Downgrades take effect the next billing cycle, while current benefits remain until the period ends.
Minimum upload size?
?
120GB minimum ensures we focus on large media transfers. 120GB costs £36 + VAT.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
?
It’s 30p per GB + VAT. With 20% UK VAT, the total rate is £0.36 per GB inc VAT. B2B clients with valid VAT numbers can reclaim VAT themselves.
What file types do you support?
?
All file types: video, photo, audio, document, archive – anything you need delivered [For security reasons we will have to review the content prior to uploading, therefore we are unable to service locked files or ISO type images].
How does YouTube Manager access work?
?
Grant Manager access (not ownership). We upload directly to your channel and set the requested privacy. You can revoke access anytime.
Who is this service designed for?
?
Micro businesses (1–9 employees) and small registered creative businesses (10–49 employees) in Manchester and Greater Manchester. Both must be registered companies with either Public Liability Insurance (PLI) or Professional Liability/Indemnity Insurance. This includes Manchester photographers, videographers, small production houses, and agencies without enterprise upload facilities. We are unable to accommodate independent unregistered creators at this time.
How do you calculate file size?

We charge for the actual file size you deliver, it can be below 120GB however, the minimum fee is for 120GB. 120GB = £36 + VAT.
What happens after upload?
?
Files are deleted immediately after delivery. No retention. We can offer secure storage for backup/recovery at extra cost – contact us for pricing.
Can I use this service regularly?

Yes. Many clients use it for every rush delivery. At 30p per GB + VAT, it’s affordable enough to use consistently.
What if my upload fails?
?
We monitor transfers and retry as needed. Payment is required 100% upfront via SumUp invoicing before we commence any work. If we fail to complete your upload within the stated turnaround, you receive a full refund under our timing guarantee. If your destination host is too slow to sustain web login or SSH-based FTP speeds, we cancel the upload and refund 50% of the fee.

We use bandwidth arbitrage and lean operations from our Manchester studio to deliver enterprise–grade upload speeds at a fraction of the cost.
How do I pay for the service?
?
All payments are processed through SumUp invoicing. You'll receive a secure invoice via email and can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment is required 100% upfront before we commence any upload work. For Upload Member Service, the first month's fee is charged upfront before activating your membership. Subsequent monthly fees are charged on a rolling basis. Please note that card payments incur a 5% admin fee. There is also a first time fee of £50 + VAT for new clients to cover onboarding and setup.
